What Anaptys Ltd does:
Anaptys Ltd provides executive, leadership and career coaching, development consultancy, including facilitation. We work in all sectors; however, the bulk of our work is with the health and social care sector. We have developed, and tested through use with clients, a range of materials to support people facing organisational merger and change or who wish to work their way through key steps in career change. We work one to one and with groups, and with the full range of NHS personnel. We have proven expertise in running learning sets and workshops. Our experience of outplacement is largely within the NHS, concerning organisational change and personal development. We specialise in executive and career coaching and many of our coaching clients enter coaching because they face a career or life transition. We have developed a range of materials in the past to support organisational mergers and to help people work their way through key steps in career change. We work both on a one to one and group basis with clients, and also have considerable experience in running workshops on a range of career transition topics. Anaptys Ltd works with a network of established consultants, executive and career coaches, and has bought together a team with considerable career transition coaching expertise and experience.
